A Community Closet Rental is your own curated space inside Fëniks Revival — a mini boutique within our store. For a bi-weekly rental fee, we style and stock your dedicated closet with pieces from your wardrobe, small housewares, and accessories — and we handle the selling.
It’s a shared retail experience built on sustainability and community. You keep 75% of what sells, your clothing and home pieces get a second life, and shoppers discover a rotating mix of real, personal style from people right here in our community.
How it Works:
1. Book Your Space Online
Choose your Community Closet and reserve your week.2. Complete the Intake Form (Comes in an email after booking)
List your items and note the amount you’re hoping to receive for each piece.3. Drop Off Your Items
Bring in your clothing, accessories, and small housewares. We’ll review everything with you upon arrival.4. Leave the Selling to Us
You head out — we style your closet, tag your items, and handle the selling.5. Pick Up Your Items
At the end of your week, return to collect any unsold pieces.6. Get Paid
Your payout will be ready within the next 3 business days.
