Shipping Policy

At Fëniks Revival, we are a small, hands-on operation committed to quality and care in everything we do. To ensure each order receives the attention it deserves, we follow a weekly shipping and pickup schedule.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped once per week. All orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM will be packed and shipped out the following Tuesday.

At this time, we only ship within Canada. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).

Our packaging is simple and sustainable—most orders are sent in standard-size envelopes, compostable packaging, or small boxes. Whenever possible, we reuse clean, sturdy materials to reduce waste and keep our environmental footprint low.

Local Pickup

We also offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their items in person. Pickups are available on Tuesdays only. You will receive a notification when your order is ready, along with instructions and location details within Winnipeg.
